The Wednesday March 5th Meeting of the Women Attorneys Network of the South Shore will be held at the Allerton House in Weymouth at 43 Schoolhouse Road, from 6-8pm, with dinner being served. Networking and arrivals from 6 - 6:30, and the speakers will begin at 6:30.
This month's program will focus in on the different types of law that intersect with Family Law:
- when your client is served with a restraining order or is being threatened
- what it means for the divorce proceedings if one or both parties are nearing bankruptcy
- how to effectively work with a GAL
- estate planning issues in divorce
- divorce and Medicaid or Special Needs.
