With the holidays upon us, and the December meeting date falling in the middle of Hanukkah we have decided to not hold a meeting in December. We will be having a mid-January meeting to talk about marketing as a way to kick of 2008.
There are a few events I want to let you know about, in case you feel like getting out and networking in December.
The Downtown Women's Club is having a couple of events - one this Thursday the 29th at Atlantica in Cohasset, and one on December 5th at Lisa Marie's Boutique in Marshfield. Her store is small, so you have to RSVP if you are going to attend. DWC events are very fun and the networking is low key (meaning you don't have to stand up and introduce yourself to everyone, you just mingle and talk to people.)
In addition, one of my blogging friends, Carolyn Elefant, who writes My Shingle and who is having a book published on having a solo practice, is holding a free conference call on December 5 at 1pm on Business Building Accountability. This will be great if you are one of those people who always comes up with things you want to accomplish but somehow never get around to them.
Have wonderful holidays!
